A 4 bedroom semi-detached property that had been derelict for a number of years. We renovated this property with business partner Elizabeth MacManus and carried out an extensive refurbishment. It is currently on the market with UPS Cavehill, and has received a lot of interest already. We are delighted with the finished result, especially the rear garden as prior to the renovation it was completely overgrown and a nuisance for neighbours.

Works on this property included; a full damp proof course and associated works to ground floor carried out.  Most of the rooms were all re-plastered, the internal wall between the kitchen and living room was removed to create a large open plan living area. The house was replumbed to allow for gas heating, all new radiators were also fitted with new piping. A new open fire and surround was installed in the living room.  The entire property was rewired throughout with new brushed socket plates fitted.  There were new white double glazing windows installed, including new sliding patio doors and PVC back door. A new utility area was created, new floor and ceiling joists were also fitted in parts of the house.

We installed a new modern kitchen with integrated kitchen appliances, a new bathroom suite upstairs and a new separate downstairs toilet. The house was repainted throughout in more modern and fresher colours, new floorings was also installed throughout.

The garden was completely cleared and fully landscaped with new 4G grass fitted, a new patio area created and new hedging. A beautiful space to enjoy the outdoors in.
