This project was initially a 2 bedroom end terraced property with a downstairs bathroom, but after we completed the extension and renovation it has been transformed into a new modern more spacious and useable family home. It now has a new contemporary kitchen, larger living area and a new bathroom upstairs.

When carrying out any major structural changes to a property we liase with building control to ensure we are compliant with current building regulations, we will only hand the property over to a client, when it is building control approved and ready for tenants to move in.
